I gave birth here and the labor and delivery unit was amazing šŖ I unfortunately ended up in the ICU shortly after birth and was in the hospital about a week overall. Everyone here was very attentive to my needs and made a scary process for me very smooth. Very impressed with the ICU staff š ā¦
Worst Hospital Iāve ever been to! After my wife showed up 42 weeks pregnant, we were discharged because the doctor didnāt want to deal with us knowing that the baby would be at risk if my wife wasnāt discharged and we had to make the 2 and a half hour drive to San Antonio to get our baby delivered! Absolutely worst experience and if you plan on having a baby and you live in Laredo I would advise staying away from this Hospital! They donāt care about patients and they will try and give you a C section every time! Stay away!
Horrible service especially from the Md in duty I tested positive from covid no medicine was given and I wasnāt given anything just two Tylenol after two hours in the er with fever my room was dirty the nurse where gossiping outside my room. Just pain horrible experience. Itās ashamed we have Poor care in our hospital. Didnāt feel safe and was disrespected as a person never again stepping foot in that hospital.
I love getting my blood work done at Doctors Hospital. The customer service provided by Cristina was great when I checked in. Phlebotomists are always fast and have no problem finding my veins. Iāve had bad experiences at other hospitals but never at this one.
Registration staff are doing an awesome job attending to the clients.
Lab technician are courteous and professional to all the patients.
Medical Records clerk needs to work on her customer service skills.
I recently had a stress test at Doctors Hospital and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Alberto, the tech who assisted me, went above and beyond in explaining every step of the procedure and patiently addressing all my questions. Having been to multiple hospitals across the US, I can confidently say that this was the best experience I've had. The level of care and professionalism displayed by Alberto and the entire staff was truly remarkable. Thank you, Doctors Hospital, for providing such outstanding care!
I went to Doctorās hospital to get a Doppler ultrasound of my liver with the radiology department. The registration waiting time was not too bad. The tech who did the ultrasound was amazing, super sweet, made conversation and showed he cared. It was very reflective of the way he loves his job. I admittedly forgot his name, but wish I hadnāt so I could give him a shout out. 1000/10 recommend the friendly radiology department staff to anyone looking to get any type of diagnostic imaging done.
Staff from the departments I had contact with were nice, professional & friendly! Kudos on your customer service š I just donāt like having to wait 2+ hours just to get lab work & more so when fastingā¦I was starving! You DEFINITELY NEED MORE LAB TECHS ASAP for the amount of patients in there!
